5bet An internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform, serving users in Bangladesh since 2018. 5bet's website, mobile app, and all other channels are governed by these terms and conditions.

This document is 5bet and the user. By using the platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

These terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

To create an account with 5bet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide accurate and complete information — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Your account is strictly personal — registering an account under someone else's name or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

5bet has a KYC (Know Your Customer) process in place to ensure platform security. Identity verification may be required before processing withdrawals:

• Copy of National ID Card or Passport
• Mobile Number OTP Verification
• Proof of Address (if required)

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out on your account.

5betThe minimum age to play on is 18 years. No one under the age of 18 may open an account or use the platform.

If a parent or guardian suspects their child is using 5bet, please contact our support team immediately. We will take prompt action.

General Betting Rules

Keep the following in mind when placing bets on 5bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed (except through the cash-out feature).
• If a pre-match bet is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
• 5bet's decision on any odds changes is final.
• 5bet reserves the right to void any incorrect odds issued due to a technical error.

Live Betting

Live betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Live betting odds change fast — if you take too long to decide, the odds may shift.
• Bets may be rejected due to streaming delays.
• Cash-out may not be available for all matches at all times.

5bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before claiming any bonus, please read the associated terms carefully.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirement. You must meet it before you can withdraw any bonus funds.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time frame — any unclaimed bonuses will expire after the deadline.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, the same device, or the same payment method will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games specified in the relevant promotion.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, a minimum wagering of 10x the combined deposit and bonus is required.

5bet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Bonuses already in progress will not be cancelled — changes apply only to new claims.

Deposit

5bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other payment methods. For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• 5bet charges no additional fees on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly.

Withdrawal

Keep the following in mind when withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5bet. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using different identities.
• System Hacking: Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Corrupt Betting: Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Automated Betting Software: Placing bets using bots or scripts.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC.

Closed at User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team or submitting a request through your account settings. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

5bet may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Suspected Fraud or Manipulation
• KYC Verification Failure
• Multiple Account Management
• Regulatory Authority Directives

Before a permanent closure, users will generally be notified and given the opportunity to respond — except in cases under active investigation.

5bet 5bet believes sports betting and casino gaming are purely entertainment activities. However, for some users they can become problematic. That's why 5bet provides the following tools:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Deposit Limit: Set Your Own Limits.
• Betting Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily self-exclude your account for a set period.

If you are dissatisfied with a betting outcome or a transaction, please follow the steps below:

1. Step One: Contact 5bet support via live chat or email to raise your complaint.
2. Step Two: Support will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal written complaint — a decision will be reached within 7 business days.
4. Final Step: If the matter is still unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority.

5bet's decision on betting outcomes is final — following a transparent review process.

5bet Reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made:

• Notifications will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.
• A notice will be posted on the platform's home page.
• The date of the change will be updated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, please request to close your account.
